PC Assembly and Stress-testing

The purchase was good, and the performance of the PC is fast, and my daughter is very impressed with the graphics of the PC. Thank you for your guidance, which was also very helpful.

The team's builds are always excellent, and this one was no exception. Everything works flawlessly, and the build is neat and secure. Even though we provided our own RAM, they tested for us with their own modules to make sure performance was solid.
The extra effort to securely package the internals during transit is always appreciated.

The team did a wonderful job - everything was assembled neatly and transported safely with bubble wrap to prevent any parts from moving. I'm very happy with the results and how accommodating and responsive the team was. Absolutely no complaints :)

They gave a conservative lead time and delivered early. Quality service. Assembly was done neatly. Cable management looks neat, but cable ties can be a headache when making changes such as adding storage or trying to access the PSU for instance. Ideally I’d have spare cable ties lying around, or an alternative, so this is possibly a me problem. I have used alternatives that either use clips or velcro which solved that issue and will probably do that when the time comes. Wootware’s team is a pleasure to deal with.

Thanks guys, just 2 points of feedback:
1. Double check with your customers whether they need windows installed with the prebuild (even if they don't want a Windows license), as this is a bit of a pain if you don't have a boot disk, and have to wireless drivers and partitions and things.

2. The 5070 TI runs way too hot - I've recorded it up as high as 91, which seems unusually high, even for a card that was designed smaller for a case fit. This also coincided with crashes in my games - not often, but I'd get one every few hours. I've since undervolted the card and it appears to be running fine. Crossing fingers that this continues, but if there are any other graphical complications I may have to return.

Was assessmbled really well and clean, was easy to use. This is my first gaming pc so I am really glad that it was assessmbled and pretested with a report that was fully detailed on what exactly was tested.

PC built exactly as ordered with very good cable management. Well packed with lots of bubble wrap, came safely all the way from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Definitely recommend if you want to buy a custom built PC, it's so convenient to order and just have to switch it on.

I ordered a high end pc a few weeks ago and safe to say wootware is miles ahead of any competitor. I had chosen a few parts that they didn't have in stock and they said it could take a while but in less than a week they had the pc built and ready for me to collect. The PC build was perfect - cabling was neat, everything set up and updated as it should be. I've had absolutely no issues since taking the machine out of the box and plugging it in. The added touch of bubble wrap packed within the case to keep the components from moving around during shipping was a nice touch.
They even upgraded some of the internal cabling for me!
10/10 for their work; I'd recommend this to anyone. Pity there isn't a 6 out of 5 star rating ;)

Everything was setup very well. Cables were managed neatly, bios updated and amd expo was on. The build came with a printed list of all verification for different components and stress test to give you peace of mind. Bubble wrap was used to cushion all the components for safe delivery. It is still recommended to make sure the power supply cables on the power supply did not come loose after delivery especially if you have power hungry graphics cards.

Amazing customer service, quick delivery and all products arrived in perfect condition and work fabulously. Wootware is officially my first choice when it comes to anything pc related.

It was an absolute pleasure to order from Wootware with updates all the way. After assembly one of the parts was found to be faulty and I was contacted with suggestions of replacements and upgrades for one the other parts. I still recieved my unit in time and I absolutely love it.

The techs did how ever use the incorrent RGB connector for the AMD wrath prism cooler, that was a quick fix tho.

I'm really impressed with Wootware's PC assembly. It was really well built, and great care was taken with everything. There is excellent cable management and the entire system works well according to specs. It was also stress-tested and a report generated and sent to me on delivery. I think the only issue is when i run a benchmark test myself and power is throttled.

I've built a few PCs over the years, but decided to let Wootware assemble my latest purchase due to the good reviews and so that I could start using it straight away.

The build was perfect. Neat cable routing, the case was immaculate and all packaging, etc. was received.

The motherboard + BIOS were configured for optimal performance. Great job!

I have been assembling high end systems myself for years however I did not have the time with this one and requested them to build it for me. The guys at Wootware did some of the cleanest cable management I have seen in a long time and packaged better than anyone with an even quicker turn around than what was advised. I have been using wootware for years now and will always recommend them to anyone!

I am overall happy with this purchase. The support team was really helpful and was quick to respond to the emails I sent. The cable management was done with a lot of effort and fine-tuning. The PC had arrived sooner than their estimated delivery time. I contacted the courier guy depot in my city to confirm if it was there and if I could come to get it early otherwise I would have waited an entire weekend to receive it on Monday morning.
I had a few issues early in the week with my Motherboard USB ports. An error screen showed up saying that the USB ports were overloaded and that the system would shut down for system safety purposes.

The liquid cooler radiator is installed on the top of the case with two fans connected to it and for some reason, the fans make a low humming noise when going up to 75% speed. The funny thing is on 50% and 100% the humming is not audible it's just normal fan noise.

The system had sometimes struggled to restart and I had to manually shut it down and turn it back on again. However, I did manage to resolve this issue.

With these issues in mind, I am still happy and satisfied with my Wootware experience.

I have had computers built by other companies but Wootware stands out from the rest. The cable management was perfect, they updated the BIOS and set the correct memory speed. The inside of the case contained bubble wrap to secure the inner components, like the GPU, for shipping. I am defnitely buying my next computer from Wootware. Really outstanding guys!

I'd pay this in a heartbeat again next time. So neatly built and delivered. A much better job than I could have done myself with the Wootware seal of approval for my build post stress testing.

I have no experience with building pc's myself, and Wootware helped me so much with building mine. The pc arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and with a sheet of paper about all the tests and parts that needed to be included and their performance checks. They also added connectors so it was easy to move across components I was planning to move into the new pc.

My first PC I had pre-built instead of DIY and I won't go through that schlep again.
Perfect build by Wootware. Excellent cable management, configuration and protection for shipping. Every bag, manual and unused cable and screw was neatly packed and included. Also included was a full report of all stress tests (which I've never bothered to do on my own builds).
If you don't enjoy assembly or just in don't trust yourself to do a good job, this is definitely worth the price.

I came from a GTX 1080 and Ryzen 5 3600 and this new PC with 7900xtx and Ryzen 7 7700x has so much more performance. It is a beast.
I just had to install windows the amd expo was already enabled. 10/10 cable management.

The team did an amazing job putting my build together. Cable management is well done and they gave a lot of advice during testing on RAM compatibility issues in my original selection.

This build was part of an RMA for a Faulty CPU. I decided to let the professionals build my machine and all I can say is EXCEPTIONAL. Not once during the handling of this (RMA) issue was I left wanting for information. I was provided clear and concise communication, what was being handled, what the issues where, what steps were being taken to resolve the problems.

The service was so good that I now consider Wootware support to be the gold standard. The pricing was excellent as well, significantly cheaper than that Centurion company and with less attitude as well. The Wootware sales team where happy to accommodate my requests as well.

w.r.t the actual build service - I received my machine ahead of schedule - fully tested, I unpacked, powered on and started working. Zero issues

I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the PC and the service I received, I will definitely shop from Wootware again for all my PC parts and accessories.

Yes, I actually did, but then there's Wootware's Assembly and stress-testing which is a great option. On inspection I can see that even the little things was done right, good cable management, proper care to fit everything just right and finally packaging it safely to be shipped. Of course, this option includes setup and testing which just worked out of the box. Even XMP, Bios etc was done correctly. In the end, I plugged in my other storage drives and that was it. Minimal effort and good to go.

I received the PC in good condition. It was well packaged and neatly wrapped with the right amount of protection. Regarding the assembly, it had good cable management and I was glad to see the correct config on the BIOS. I have however, docked a star for a missing screw on the motherboard chassis and another over threaded screw by the PSU. Overall I am satisfied and will definitely be buying again!

I really don't do reviews but I'm extremely shocked on the high level quality of wootware that I would be doing them a disservice by not at least showing my satisfaction, so if you in the market buying parts or a custom pc I highly recommend wootware.

Over all an amazing job was done, much better than I could have done myself.

As with the other reviewer here, I also have to thank Wootware for my constant changes to my build. They kept up with me every step of the way and were even able to give detailed technical advice when I was unsure of which way to go.

For the setup, I was particularly impressed by the fact that secure boot and Windows specific settings was already switched off when I turned the PC on the first time. Since I don't intend to run Windows on my system this was a massive time saver for my initial setup!

Overall, an amazing build, but if I had to mention some areas of improvement:
The cable management is top notch, however it is almost too good. By this I mean the cable ties are extremely tight and multiples used where one might have sufficed. This makes it difficult and possibly dangerous (from accidentally cutting a wire) when I need to adjust or swap out components. So yeah, take it easy with the cable ties :)

Ordered new CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Power Supply and Case. Was shipped to me within one week of ordering, with very good cable management and packaging.

This definitely saved a lot of stress, except for the one oversight on the build that was there was no fan pulling cold air into the tower from the front-top panel, so the CPU was overheating. I managed to salvage a fan from a previous build and managed to reduce the heat of the rig from 93 degrees to 70 degrees while playing Warzone.

Very happy with the build so far. From placing order until reception the expected date of completion and delivery was clearly communicated. Delivery arrived on the expected date and was well packaged (including clear instructions to remove bubblewrap inside case :D). Assembly itself was top-notch: neat layout and no issues so far. Can recommend to anyone who wants to order a custom build here.

Wootware done a fantastic job with my PC build. The quality of the cable management was excellent. What was surprisingly impressive yet simple was the fact that they use bubble wrap within the case to prevent movement such as a big heavy GPU snapping from the PCI-e slot due to unintentionally bad courier handling. Very clever!

Very importantly they guided me and kept me posted through out the entire process and even alerted me of a potential part incompatibility early on. I even had my build arrive 2 days before expected delivery.

Just got my new build, all parts ordered online right here.

The cable management was great, all components were inserted securely, and fitted properly. The BIOS was fully updated, and the XMP profile for the RAM overclock was already enabled. It was a plug and play, out of the box experience.

They did a really amazing job at assembling the build, and I'm happy with the outcome.

i build my whole pc at WootWare and asked them to build it up. they tested the whole system for me put it all on paper for everthing they tested. the cable management was very nice all neat and tidy. pc works wonders ty wootware

Was ordered, built, tested, shipped, and received in 7 days (5 working days). Build and performance thus far is completely satisfactory. Wootware liaison was knowledgeable and put together a quote that exceeded my wishes. Customer service equally good quality. Custom builds are well priced. Would definitely recommend.

The level of professionalism in putting my rig together was simply outstanding. The cable management and fan placement was done with the utmost care and attention. I honestly sat for a full 20 minutes admiring how they did it all. A very clean and highly skilled job. Like something you'd see on Linus Tech Tips :)

Even the way the rig was packaged was fantastic. I opened the box to a two-page printout of checks and balances, showing stats of the stress test and even highlighting a tiny (but important) detail like - "thermal paste was applied before putting the cooler on".

They packed bubble wrapped inside the case to make sure parts didn't rattle or damage in transit, and the case was covered in easy peel warning stickers to make sure I remembered to remove it all before starting up. I also got a second package with all the boxes, spare parts and manuals.

When I finally started it up and installed windows, I saw the bios was updated and my RAM profile was already set, which epitomizes the high level of care in which they put this all together.

I have to add a special note about their team in dealing with the MULTIPLE changes I made to my order. I must have changed parts 4 or 5 times on them and not once did they make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Building a gaming/work PC can be expensive, but when you get customer care and a build like this, you know they're taking you and your money seriously.

They love what they do and it shows in the work.

Wootware did a decent job of my PC build. The following ratings are just my personal opinion.

Cable Management: 7/8, Apart from a few cables that were irritatingly short Wootware did a fantastic job at hiding the cables neatly and out of sight.

Packaging: 8/8, When I received my PC it was as if it was brand new in the box. Wootware put back all the original packaging and supplied me with the boxes for all the internal components. Inside the boxes were all the spare parts and screws as well as manuals and stickers.

LED Placement: 3/8, Unfortunately the LED strip placement wasent the best. It was situated against the bottom of the case next to the motherboard which was a huge nuisance when gaming(as it was shining directly into my eyes). I did re-position the LED strip correctly and now everything is perfect. I give Wootware props though considering the LED strip was 2M long.

Overall GREAT job Wootware! The level of professionalism is outstanding and therefore, I r8 8/8 m8.
