- Fantastic Monitor Great Price! - Antonio, 23 October 2025
I cant drool over this monitor enough coming from a 4k 144hz mini LED Samsung TV this absolutely destroys it, bought it at 15k while expensive I regret nothing was debating upgrading my 4070ti to a 5080 or swap monitor this was the better decision. At its current price its a steal just buy it the new version has a higher refresh rate I dont miss it tbh.
- What a difference - Riaan, 7 September 2025
What a difference OLED panels make. Colors and black are insane, monitor is extremely well built, the in box accessories are great, monitor comes with a HDMI, Display Port and Type C display cable. Very impressed with the performance of it so far, it is amazing. Thanks again Wootware for an incredible experience. You guys are truly amazing.
- Great OLED monitor - Pieter , 26 June 2025
Coming from a 32" 4k LG LCD monitor, the 34" wide OLED montor is a step up! Really great experience and the HDR colors makes a day and night difference! Love using it on my PC, RTX3080 GPU. Just hope console support wide screen in the near future.
This Alienware monitor is definitely the best monitor you can buy for this price!
Highly recommended - Mindblowing - Johny, 23 June 2025
It's high up the list of stupid things I've spent my money on (and trust me, that's a hell of a list!), but man - this thing is incredible. I think it's not the best bet for everyone, but if you're into open world, survival horror, racing, or other old man (non-competitive) games like me, then this thing is transcendent. The sense of immersion, especially in titles that really make use of the contrast and HDR, is mindblowing. It does a fantastic job doubling as a high quality HDR cinema experience too.
I don't personally notice the text fringing issues inherent in QD-OLED tech, but it's certainly not a productivity monitor, nor is it the best choice for competitive games. If you got tired of 14 year olds screaming explicits at you in COD or Dota, and chose to spend your twilight years in single-player experiences, then this is the cream of the crop for that use case.
If this sounds like you, then it's 100% worth it. I upgraded from a (rather nice) 27' 1440p IPS display, and the difference is indescribable. The 3440x1440p res is really not all the hard to drive either (it's somewhere around 10-15% slower in most games I've tested compared to 1440p). - Worth it - Roy, 7 April 2025
Bought this monitor about 2 months ago and It has been the best gaming upgrade I have had. The contrast ratio and HDR performance based on that is unbelievable.
Coming from a TV with 144hz, Mini LED and 2000 Nit peak brightness in a 5% window, this blow that out of the water.
You wont regret it - Amazing Oled Monitor - Justin, 3 April 2025
If you are thinking about getting an OLED monitor it is well worth it and with how cheap this monitor is you don't have to break the bank doing it. I have gamed for about 20 hours now on this monitor and it is amazing. I can't stop playing because everything just looks so amazing especially in a games like Stalker 2 where you have lots of dark areas. More vibrant games like split fiction also look spectacular because of how good the colours are on OLED.
- What a great day to have eyes! - Jason, 1 March 2025
Think about it: No matter what it is you use your computer for, whether it be gaming, content creation, work, etc, you will spend all that time looking at your monitor. I'd say that if you have the means, it is worth it to spend a little extra to ensure that every day your eyes get to enjoy a visual feast.
Yes, the price of entry is a bit steep. But rest assured that you 100% get what you pay for here and once you have this titanic centrepiece adorning your desk, you'll be glad that you went all-in.
This is the upgrade you never knew you needed. - Absolutely worth it! - Kimeshen, 20 October 2024
No issues thus far, it does everything I need it to do and picture quality is insanely clear and smooth.
I'm using a 4080 with a R5 7500f and compared to my 4k 120hz LG C1 I don't feel much of a difference between the 2.
The AW3432DWF is absolutely worth your money.
But pair it with a speakers/sound bar if you intend on watching movies out loud. - Expensive but Impressive - Peter, 19 October 2024
To be clear, R20 000 is a crazy amount to spend on a monitor. I would say too much. But jeez this thing is nice to look at! OLED really makes a massive difference compared to the LCD (IPS) monitor I upgraded from! If you have the money, be sure to shop around and check reviews of similar monitors. But I don't think you will be disappointed if you decide on this one. 1440p is a sweet spot for performance and detail on this size monitor and the colours are crazy! Every game or movie looks ridiculously clear and vibrant. I have an RTX 2070 Super graphics card in my PC which, I would say, is a bit underpowered for this monitor. Recent games are a struggle to run at high frame rates. For reference, I get about 70 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 with a mix of medium and high settings. If you have a lower-tier graphics card, I'd say it's worth upgrading that before getting a monitor like this.
- Great Monitor! - Jacobus, 12 August 2024
Been using it for just over a week and what a great experience. Single best experience upgrade I have done over 20 years of PC Gaming. Updated the firmware, got HDR setup and the rest is history.
Ultrawide and the curve of the screen I got used to very quickly.
Would recommend to anyone that spends allot of time gaming and have the budget to invest in their experience.
- Brilliant service - Natalie Le Clue , 20 July 2024

- Alienware AW3423DWF: A Glimpse into Gaming Nirvana - Jonathan, 30 May 2024
The Alienware AW3423DWF isn't just a monitor; it's a portal to a world of stunning visuals and unparalleled immersion. This curved ultrawide powerhouse boasts a combination of features that elevates the gaming experience to phenomenal heights.
A Feast for the Eyes
The centerpiece of the AW3423DWF is undoubtedly its OLED panel. It delivers fantastic quality, with inky blacks, infinite contrast, and vibrant colors that explode off the screen. Whether you're exploring fantastical landscapes or navigating dark dungeons, every detail is rendered with breathtaking clarity. The monitor boasts 10-bit color depth, ensuring a smooth gradient and realistic color reproduction, while DCI-P3 coverage pushes the boundaries of color accuracy.
HDR Redefined
Phenomenal HDR performance takes centre stage. Unlike many monitors that struggle with HDR implementation, the AW3423DWF delivers a truly transformative experience. Games and movies come alive with a level of detail and depth that's simply unmatched. Highlights appear with a stunning level of brightness, while shadows retain incredible detail.
Speed Meets Smoothness
Gamers will revel in the monitor's buttery-smooth responsiveness. The 165Hz refresh rate ensures that even the fastest-paced action sequences remain blur-free and incredibly responsive. This, coupled with minimal input lag, creates a competitive edge and an overall sense of fluidity that's a joy to behold.
Aesthetics and Ergonomics
The curved design of the AW3423DWF enhances immersion, drawing you deeper into the game world. The glossy finish complements the vibrant visuals, while the sturdy stand offers a wide range of adjustments for optimal viewing comfort.
A Worthy Investment
The AW3423DWF isn't the most budget-friendly option, but for those seeking the absolute best in gaming displays, it's a worthy investment. The combination of fantastic quality visuals, phenomenal HDR, and smooth performance makes it a top contender for the title of ultimate gaming monitor. However, it's important to consider the glossy screen, which can cause reflections, and the potential for burn-in inherent to OLED technology.
In Conclusion
The Alienware AW3423DWF is a triumph of display technology. It delivers unmatched picture quality, phenomenal HDR performance, and silky-smooth responsiveness, making it a dream come true for discerning gamers. While the price tag might give some pause, for those seeking the absolute pinnacle of gaming visuals, the AW3423DWF is a force to be reckoned with. - My eyeballs thank me everyday! - Ian, 13 March 2024
Awesome monitor! Extremely happy! As you probably know, deep blacks, 1000 nits peak brightness, best response times and best in class colour accuracy. I know it it's pricey, but this monitor is forever. Treat your eyeballs!
Only negative is the need for a pixel refresh every 4 hours which takes 5 - 10 minutes. You can switch it off, but that's obviously not recommended for OLED. A necessary sacrifice for a pristine picture! - Woah - Heinrich, 21 February 2024
You have not gamed in HDR until you have gamed on this thing. Ive been using the LG CX oled for a few years with my PS5. This monitor feels superior (i.t.o. HDR performance, brightness and refresh rate). PS5 also works with it at native res/120 hz - with black bars on the side for obvious reasons.
I've read a lot of complaints about the coating and text rendering (due to the qd-oled sub-pixel layout). These are non-issues to my eyes.
The 3-year warranty that covers burn-in seals the deal. This is still the oled monitor to get. - *The* screen. - Faux_Grey, 22 September 2023
Looking for *the* best screen?
This is it.
Fastest response time of any monitor available on the market.
RTINGS #1 Gaming rated.
Coming from 2x 27' Acer 144Hz XG270HU screens, the sheer response time of moving the mouse around on the screen cannot be overlooked, and the best colour reproduction I have ever seen.
This Alienware AW3423DWF does it all, combining the best colour reproduction, HDR & response time.
Whatever screen you have, this will be an upgrade to it.
Coming from my old 144hz displays to this, feels like the 60hz -> 144hz jump all over again, except in response time and colour.
Using this with a 3080ti & using the display in G-sync compatibility mode.
BE AWARE: This monitor uses QOLED (marketing term) to achieve the impossible colour and response time, as a drawback the screen may suffer burn-in of static elements over time. To combat this I have set windows to turn off the screen after 2 minutes of inactivity, the monitor itself also displays a warning message after 4 hours of use promoting you to run a 'pixel refresh', which will turn off the display for a few minutes. (If this bothers you it can be disabled)
The OSD is acceptable, and also includes microsoft store software to program the screens various 'modes' using the included USB cable. For example you can bind a hotkey to trigger the screen to enable a on-monitor crosshair or 'night vision' along with some others, which may assist in certain games, the AW3423DWF also supports user-upgradable firmware unlike the AW3423DW (Non-F)
My only gripe is the monitor feet extend quite far towards your typical keyboard area, which interrupts the angle at which I like to have my keyboard while gaming, but easily taken care of with an aftermarket VESA mount which is supported BY DEFAULT on the AW3423DWF, not the AW3423DW (non-F which needs an adapter plate).
The monitor is curved, which I had imagined would frustrate me, but it's such a subtle curve, and also an ultrawide, so the curv e definitely assists with the viewing ability.
You'll never be able to go back to using another screen again. :) - AW3423DWF = Brilliant - Luke , 20 September 2023
After many hours of watching reviews, I finally decided to take the plunge and buy this rather expensive Alienware monitor. Happy to say it's worth every penny. The colours are gorgeous with the glossy finish making all the difference on picture quality. Vibrant and punchy with unbeatable contrast. Level of immersion is far for than I anticipated with the screen stretching into one's peripherals. Cyberpunk Maxed out with psycho level ray tracing looks amazing. Very happy - Recommend the firmware update to M3B104 - Thanks Wootware!!
- Sugoii - 46, 24 May 2023
its soo pretty and sooo faaast, DCI-P3 157Hz @ 10-bit colour (╯✧ ∇ ✧)╯
thank you wootware
