- Keeps my 9900x cool - Thomas , 16 February 2026
Beefy Air cooler but fits well in my Corsair Frame 4000D case. Keeps my spikey 9900x cool and I love the design of it.
- Deepcool AK620 Cooler Review - Tyler, 17 February 2025
Works well (dropped temps by 20C max under load in my case), is quite, a bit big but if you have the case for it no biggie. Installation was easy enough and they supplied thermal paste. Happy with my purchase overall.
- Highly recommend - Miguel, 13 February 2025
This cooler outperformed my expectations by far, the cooling performance is fantastic, and you'll be pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product
- Great cooling power for the 7800X3D - Alan, 10 November 2024
No water coolers in my PC ever! This is great value and keeps my son's new PC cool through the toughest gaming sessions. It's quiet and very efficient. It just fitted in his case with about 5mm to spare!
- One of the best air coolers available, but struggles with heavier CPU - Daniel, 6 September 2024
This really is one of the best air coolers you can get! However, it does struggle with cooling my hot Intel i7-14700. I'm getting temps into the 80's when hitting my CPU really hard, which matches what I've read in other reviews and tests with the same CPU. Pity, but with this level of CPU I should be upgrading to an AIO when possible anyways. Still, very impressed with its performance and the noise levels aren't too bad even at 100% fan speed.
If you're running an i5 or something else with less cores/TDP, I'd definitely recommend this! - So cool - Francois, 12 August 2024
Totally blew my mind, it works almost like an AIO. Average CPU temp around 38C and peak 80C with a 7900X at 5,7GHz. Temp cooling reaction instantatious and fan noise much lower than expected.
- Looks Great! - Hendrik, 12 February 2024
Cooler is probably overkill for my use, and in retrospect I should have gone with a single tower. The cooler rests on top of my RAM DIMMs due to the size. For Ryzen 7 CPUs - this is overkill and may get in the way of other components.
- Great cooler! - Philip, 17 January 2024
Works really well on my 5900x. Went from an old failing AIO to this and its holding up really well. It's a big cooler so be sure to take some measurements to see if it will fit in your case.
- Great product, works well. - Reginald Paul, 12 July 2023
Having used water-cooling Corsair AIO's for many years, I decided to try out this air cooler for my 5800x Ryzen CPU and it does not disappoint. The solution is well constructed, easy to implement, and looks great. Temps are nice and manageable.
- Works like a charm - Jeremy, 11 May 2023
No trouble keeping a 5800X3D cool. Like "The Human" said in their review below, make sure to check your RAM clearance as it overlaps on of my sticks.
- Great quality and aesthetic - Byron, 1 May 2023
If you're going for an all-black build on somewhat of a budget, then this cooler is perfect. When installing - first install your MOBO into the case. Install the CPU cooler after installing your PSU and plugging in the relevant cables into the MOBO.
- No problems keeping my 7600X cool - Jaco, 31 January 2023
This cooler is very bulky but it is amazing at keeping my 7600X cool even at high load it gives no problems. Just check RAM clearance and that your case is wide enough
- Excellent (and chunky) Cooler - FN2187 The Human, 2 January 2023
This is an excellent and, comparatively, affordable cooler. I replaced a Noctua NH-U12S, which is a very good cooler itself but not quite enough to keep up with a Ryzen 5900X. While I haven't used it very extensively yet, I can say I gained about 2000 points in Cinebench and under that kind of synthetic load it's running around 10°C cooler! Previously it would hit over 80°C with a 10-minute test in Cinebench R23, now it hit a max of 71°C. I can't speak to the quality of the included thermal paste, as I still had Thermal Grizzly paste left over from a previous installation.
I would recommend checking RAM and case clearance though, while I didn't have an issue with G.Skill TridentZ (which is fairly tall) and a Lancool II it JUST clears the RAM. This thing is large.
All in all though, I would absolutely recommend this cooler if you're in the market. It does its job incredibly well and at a very reasonable price.
