It's still a good choice for a budget build. I paired it with a B-560 motherboard and it can do XMP to 3200 MHz, a system for normal needs and 1080p gaming is more than fine with this CPU if your budget is tight.

It is an Intel CPU with built in GPU. It works for my setup as a VMware ESXi server. Support 128 GB memory and is fast enough to run what I want. Good entry level CPU for gaming as well. If you play CS:GO, Fartnite etc. this will do the job. You can spend a little more money then on your GPU.
