- Great as always - Kyle, 6 December 2022
My 3rd mushkin, 2 in pc and one in laptop.
- I am speed... - Wihan, 10 October 2022
Love these little guys, 2nd one in my system. So far no regrets
- Value for Money - Zakaria, 14 February 2022
This is replacing a mechanical which failed. This is the most affordable 2TB and research shows it has the same controller as the intel and is also TLC vs QLC of similar priced SSDs. Definitely worth the price.
- Superb performance for the money - Walter, 30 October 2021
As far as SSD bang for buck goes, this is hard to beat. There are slightly cheaper options but then beware, the durability and warranty usually is not great. This drive delivers on most fronts - excellent performance (though not absolutely top of the pile, still still very respectable), very competitive endurance and a very decent warranty as well, which at the price it is offered at make a very compelling proposition.
- Love it - James, 18 October 2021
My wife has been using one of these for a few months now without and we decided to get more. Speeds appear to be as advertised in crystaldisk and user benchmarks. The drive does run a bit hotter than my sabrent but that might be because it's near my GPU.
For the price and speeds, I couldn't find a better bargain. - Great experience thus far - Anton, 22 September 2021
Easy enough to install and set up as my second M.2 drive in my PC. I use it for storing my currently played Steam games and works like a charm. Games and levels load in a flash (pun intended). Great price when I bought it too!
- Pretty good - Cai, 8 September 2021
Does what it says on the tin really, i couldn't really notice that much of a difference from my old sata ssd but it may be because I havent had that much time with it yet, or because of my configuration. Either way, the 2tb space is lovely as i was running out anway lol. It was delivered a day early too, which was amazing!
- Computer go brr! - Simeon , 20 August 2021
yes, its damn fast and I love it! It make my compooter go very fast, too fast to make a cup of joe whilst starting it up. Thank you wootware for such a good pc component. I love my computer that goes fast now
- Probably the best value SSD you can get - Russel, 24 March 2021
Cheaper than most SATA drives, yet offers full PCI 3.0 speeds. Definitely a great purchase for anyone who is looking for an nvme drive.
It doesnt have any DRAM cache, but i believe the newer nvme standards use regular ram as a sort of cache alongside the build in SLC cache it already uses. - FAST FAST - Rudi, 19 February 2021
Just got this yesterday, and the first thing I did was reinstall all the games I had to uninstall due to only having a 500gb nvme drive. Restored my Witcher 3 backup in like 4 minutes. The backup was 50gb, so yeah, this thing is quick. And the best price around for such a big SSD! Thanks Wootware, never disappointed with you guys!
- Top Shelf - Lee, 12 February 2021
Mushkin Pilot-E servies are the best in my opinion.
Consistant high performance thanks the the SLC Cache built in.
Most people get "caught out" with cache-less or DRAM-Less solid state drives by going with the cheap option.
Here with the Mushkin you get the cache and the low cost, its win win. - Almost complete product - Graham, 24 August 2020
It would be nice if they included a fastening screw to secure it to your motherboard. The screw is so tiny not all motherboards come with a compatible one. Otherwise the product is working 100%.
- Speedy, large capacity, and well priced. - Michael, 12 May 2020
Great sequential speeds and works exactly as advertised. Glad to have the additional solid state storage capacity.
- Really is faster than normal SSD - Devmise, 14 February 2020
If you don't believe logins and startups can get faster than with normal SSD's, then think again.
An NVMe running through your motherboard's PCIe 4.0 instead of SATA III is just amazing.
Just upgraded from an FX 9590 Crosshair V Formula-Z on solely SATA III SSD's to a 3950x Crosshair VIII Formula on 2 of these NVMe's and its day and night difference in performance all around.
Highly recommend that you invest in one of these if you have a M.2 motherboard.
