Great value is a very small package. This is really fast and a decent size capacity drive for upgrading my son's gaming PC to the next level. He's very happy with the extra space and increased speed

It's blazing fast and super stable. Long copies don't tend to slow down, even in a cramped laptop. Don't waste the extra cash on a Samsung drive, this is just as good and costs half as much.

Its a really fast SSD. Just note it is PCIe 4.0, if your motherboard doesn't support 4.0, the drive will work but you will not experience its actual full speed.

Installed this in my new WootBook Laptop and not regretting it.

Running on office mode, the system run cool as a stand-alone unit.
Doing gaming on balanced/turbo mode, as with any laptop, it tends to run a bit hot. I would strongly advise in setting up some cooling for doing gaming.

I'm using the SSD for my OS and my more demanding games, and so far it's worked brilliantly. Even though it's quite full at this stage, I haven't noticed any decrease in speed, and load-times remain blindingly fast. Considering the price and quality, it's an easy recommendation.

I've been following this NVMe for a while now, for the price it has no equal. With the prices of M.2's crashing there is literally no better time to buy one. I was sceptical when someone posted saying this doesn't work on the PS5 rest assured this works perfectly fine with

However the copper is nice and propper but the assembly was terrible it comes with 2 thin pads and 1 thick however when trying to close everything together it would struggle it has clamps on the side and not screws so look for a different cooler even though I couldn't test the temps with the PS5 I had no issues also one last thing what I've noticed about the drive the label where it says VORTEX it's actually a copper plate a nice touch heat wise.

Saved 30% for this drive, we use it for Unreal engine and 3D rendering. Still no issues and is stable. Has a 4 star rating internationally and has been reviewed by Gamers Nexus. 100% would recommend compared to other brands.

These SSD's are really fast, they have really increased my productivity noticeably. I am always happy to order from Wootware, fast, efficient and professional. I never have to follow up on my order which I have to do with so many online commerce sites.

While it is a little "late" and has come out right on the heels of PCI-e 5.0 SSD's, the price you pay for how stupidly fast these drives are is outstanding.

It's barely any more expensive than its PCI-e 3.0 siblings and is also worlds cheaper than the other brands while offering way more performance.

With the price of the 2TB drives being as low as they are these make a great option for single-drive systems and SFF builds where you just cant fit more storage but don't want to sacrifice performance or take a knock to your budget

This is the second drive of this type I ordered, running just as well as the first one. I liked it so much, especially for the special price it was on, I even got a friend one as well.

I emailed Mushkin regarding PS5 compatibility after reading 2 conflicting reviews, & they promptly verified the drive to be compatible. Bought the SSD on Thursday and got it on Friday (Awesome service, thanks Wootware!). The PS5 recognized the device and successfully formatted it responding with a 5,836MB/s read rate achieved. Initially I installed it without a heatsink, but without the latter the SSD chips heat up within seconds to likely over 60°C case temp. I stuck on a simple one-sided-thermal-contact heatsink, played Witcher 3 for about 5 - 10 minutes, and so far so good. I'll definitely upgrade the heatsink to make thermal contact with the chips on both sides of the SSD PCB. I did not replace the PS5 M.2 enclosure cover plate after installation, to allow convective heat extraction via airflow over the heatsink fins.

I don't think you can get better in this price range. It seems to compete well against other brands that are close to double the price. Some say that it's TBW rating doesn't necessarily compare, but it seems close enough for the price (this one has 1000TBW compared to the very expensive ones having around 1200TBW).

Added this 2TB into a laptop to create space as the other disk in the laptop is 2TB (a Mushkin Tempest) and out of capacity. And WOW - the speed on this SSD drive is REAL - managed 7111MB/s read and 6666MB/s write as measured by ChrystalDiskMark 8.04. Initially the Tempest's drive speed was good but now the yardstick is next level. No hassles installing or getting it to work as expected. One small snag is the laptop does not provide adequate an heat sink and this drive did not take long to get the alarm bells going. Granted the copying of large VHD (virtual drive files) is not an every day occurrence for most, this heat did get a sudden unwanted shutdown more than once while trying to figure out what was going on. Still, lighting fast booting and moving around of very large images is a big deal when working with large images. Now shopping for adequate cooling inside the laptop. Thank you Wootware, a good product at a very reasonable price for the speed and warranty that comes with it. Still giving it 5 stars.

Bought this one for as an additional SSD for my PC, but I made sure to first pop it into my PS5 to see if it will work. Installed very easily (without a heatsink attached) and booted up the PS5. Formatted the drive and copied GOW:Ragnarok from the internal SSD in just seconds, after which I booted the game and played for an hour or so. No stutters or hiccups, very happy so far!

I recently replaced my Samsung 960 EVO 256GB boot drive with this Mushkin Redline 2TB, and couldn't be happier.

This thing is blazing fast! Like I kid you not I don't even get to see my reflection in my screen with black or loading screens. That's about it. Affordable, fast, what more do you need?

Installation was super easy it looks cool too. Apparently these run hot but I haven't noticed anything yet heat wise if you have a proper M.2 heatsink on your board then I don't see any issues.

I got this on a really good special and it runs perfectly. It was half the price and double the size of my 1TB Corsair MP510 that I bought a few years ago.

Seems like a great drive but when I installed it on my PS5 the console would shut down when it tries to format it. This is very odd as the drive works on my PC and it has the same controller of the XPG drive which is PS5 compatible. In any case...I couldn't find anything stating this drive wouldn't work on a PS5 but this seems to be the case. So yes...I am disappointed as some sites suggest this drive is PS5 compatible. Also note that the drive does fall behind some of the competitors in some cases but it is still a stonkingly fast drive! Get it for PC...but if you are getting it for your PS5 I would suggest the XPG instead.
