It is also much better to undervolt the CPU and drop LLC as much as possible, since the core boost algorithm uses total heat and power consumption to determine boost speed. With -100mv vcore offset and LLC set to 7/8 (second lowest), I'm able to sustain 3.9Ghz almost permanently in prime95 small FFTs using the tiny Hyper H411R cooler, which is effectively permanent in real-world. I'm pretty the stock cooler can achieve similar results, silicon willing.

The only downside of this chip is that it requires very fast memory to reach its potential that kind of defeats the budget appeal, but if you plan on staying with iGPU for quite a while, it is a better long term buy than the 2200G (or any CPU+GPU combo in a similar price range) thanks to the extra CPU threads and clock speed a dGPU will need later down the line.
