Fractal Design FD-C-DEF7A-03 Define 7 Dark Tempered Glass Black Steel E-ATX Mid Tower Desktop Chassis

I upgraded to this case after using an Antec tower case for over 10 years. I needed something that had lots of drive bays as I dual boot and have many drives assigned to eash OS. The manual was clear and concice. All in all it took about 8 hours to reconfigure the case and get my new PC built.

I love the myriad of options that case gives. From cooling to hard drive bays to cable management options. Its all well thought out. There are also ample screws and fasteners included in the box. The included fans are nice and quiet. They are 3-pin fans, though, so no PWM speed control. But with the appropriate motherboard, they can be DC-speed controlled, making them super quiet when the system is idle or under low stress. I have a MSI x470 gaming plus motherboard, and speed control works perfectly when the fans are plugged directly into the motherboard instead of the case's fan hub.

Ive very happy with the purchase. A nice sturdy well-buiilt case. Excellent for a software developer build.

Easy to build into - cable management is easy. Premium build quality - my only complaint would be it is slightly more noisy that the Define R6 but considering the R6 is end of life - this is an amazing replacement with quality of life improvements.

This case is extremely well built. High quality materials, all panels fit snugly and the case gives you plenty of customisable options.

Stunning case to build in, loads of convenient features and layouts and feels really sturdy as well. I was a little worried about thermals but I shouldn't have been, even under sustained load simply opening the front door quickly drops my temps.

Great looking case with a large amount of features and customizations. All i did was change the top panel to the mesh which allowed my 360mm rad and it is extremely silent with everything running. Definitely recommended.
