3rd best performing card i have tested of the 3090s. No 1 was Palit GameRock and then EVGA Ultra. For the price you can't beat it. Gigabyte should be avoided if possible as there are missing thermal pads in most of the units.

This card consumes 339 watts at full load stock. 86% power limit (300 watts) seems to be the sweet spot on this card. Any less and you reduce performance. Other 3090 brands do best this by quite a margin.

If you plan an gaming for long sessions or have the card under load, I'd highly recommend getting HWiNFO to monitor the Vram temps (under GPU memory junction temp) as I discovered the card vram was running at a scorching 102-106C despite the die temp only being 60C. Dangling a 120mm fan at the backplate is a quick solution to reducing memory temps down to 92C.

Great overall card with ample processing power, performs slightly better than a more expensive Gigabyte Eagle from my own testing. Fan curves are not optimal, but easily configured with MSI afterburner to reduce substantially under heavy loads.

This is by far the cheapest 3090 that I could find. While it doesn't have the highest power limit or the best cooling, it still performs great!

I managed to undervolt the card while simulatenously reaching higher clocks, achieving a Timespy Graphics score of ~20900, which seems to be in line with other 3090s. The fans can be a bit loud at higher speeds, and I highly recommend setting a custom fan curve. This has allowed me to keep temperatures of ~67 degrees with an acceptable noise level (to me).

My only gripe is with the LEDs - You are required to use the Palit ThunderMaster software to change the LED effect. This is generally expected, however, the LED effect resets back to the default when the computer restarts. This essentially means that the software needs to be running on startup for the LED effects to change back to what you set them to. This could potentially lead to issues if you're using other OC software (I use MSI Afterburner with RivaTuner for in-game metrics display).

The fan curve is a bit aggressive by default, but that is solved in literally 10 seconds.

The performance is amazing and the temps never break 70C under full load.
It also isn't overly aggressive with the RGB.

This 3090 is the cheapest one I can find and even though it has strong power limits compared to the other brands I still feel that this card is the best performing 3090 for the money, it has good build quality, nice Palit RGB software that even allows bios updates and comes with a nice mount to stop GPU sagging.

I would suggest adjusting the fan curve a bit to get a little less noise at full tilt, but otherwise the 24gb of RAM is great for production work and its ridiculous running most games at 4K@60 flawlessly. Also Wootware's price was fantastic.

Runs at expected temps around 45C ~ 50C Idle and 60C ~ 75C Full Load. Performance is amazing despite the boost clock stated on the specs it boosts above 2Ghz by itself.
