    Honestly good customer service, I was a bit anxious considering the amount I spent but the customer support team reassured me and actually delivered before the date that was expected.     Note that this is a rating of their online service, not their physical location. Their customer service, response, as well as product selection is honestly unmatched compared to competitors. Wootware is one of the best online merchants out there. Absolutely insane deal always going on - if you can't find a good price, its likely that you haven't checked Wootware.

    As a first time Wootware customer. I'm super grateful to the entire team for all theyve done. Also it's a wild time for PC building....but happy to say that Wootware was the best with their pricing out of the rest...from purchase, email communication , orders packed....to delivery...clean...safe and sound on arrival. Not to mention quick delivery times since they are CPT based. When assembling my new core components we couldn't figure out why the PC couldnt post (The fault was actually on me). I then contacted Wootware support and they gladly took it in to troubleshoot. Once they got to my PC...they communicated swiftly and sorted the problem immediately which im super grateful for. They do offer PC building services which I'll definitely use next time. But other than that the PC was then ready for collection in no time and they even nicely done cable management. Overall top quality experience. Thank you Wootware!

Wootware was founded in 2007. Our plan was simple: let's make it easy for people to buy PC parts online, affordably with delivery to their door.
Retail stores had sky-high pricing, were poorly stocked and were slow to bring in the latest technology. And thus the dream (Wootware) was born.

Fast forward a few years (and a lot of blood, sweat and tears) and that dream became a reality. What started out in a garage now occupies a factory, delivering nationwide via door-to-door courier at the best pricing around.
