- The ID Cooling FROZN A410 SE ARGB gave a massive temperature improvement for my i5 14400f from the stock RM1 Laminar cooler. - Daniel, 13 July 2026
TLDR: i5 14400f with :
RM1 Stock cooler = ~31°C Idle, 68-80°C in most games, Cyberpunk 2077 with RT+High Crowd Density = 100°C.
ID Cooling FROZN A410 SE ARGB = ~19-21°C Idle, 48 to 55°C in intense parts of Cyberpunk.
The ID Cooling FROZN A410 SE ARGB is a massive upgrade from the stock cooler that comes with intel's non k cpu's, I have an i5 14400f with the Laminar RM1 stock cooler on it since I built my pc in February (2026).
When the PC was idling, it stayed around 31°C or so on the RM1, with the a410 it stays around 19-21°C.
In games lighter than Cyberpunk 2077, the RM1 maxed out at between 68 to 82°C (depending on the game, in something like F.E.A.R. 1, it stayed around 38 to 50°C), but in Cyberpunk with Raytracing, high crowd density, and a mix of mostly high but also medium settings with DLSS 4.5 Quality (RTX 5060 8gb) at 1080p, it often went to 100°C in the city (especially at night), the a410 dropped that down to between 40 and 55°C, it never stays at 55°C for more than a few seconds though, usually drops to between 48 and 52°C.
The cooler looks great, wasn't hard to install (even if you need to install it while your motherboard is in the case, like me, if it was an upgrade), and I'm very happy with its performance, especially at R399.
I can't speak on sound levels, though, as my Montech X5M has non-PWM fans, and the front mesh makes them quite loud, but I definitely don't hear the cooler over them. - Great cooler for the price. Quality is great. - Jarian, 6 November 2025
Great cooler for the price. Cools my Ryzen 5 3600 with no issues. Runs at a stable 70c at max load. Highly recommend getting this cooler especially for budget builds. It’s also very liable and inexpensive. Will buy more of these again for future builds and projects.
