Really enjoy this mouse. Would recommend. The scroll wheel is really good, and surprisingly the buttons on the clicker doesnt get hit accidentally which was my only concern.

Its good and heavy my only complaint is the button on the side adjust your dpi and its right by your thumb and i keep pressing it accidently. But can be disabled on the drivers

Really good mouse. Feels good with tons of features. Amazing for the price. My only complaint is that the cable covering started stripping away almost immediately, exposing the thread covering in the wire, this didn't affect the mouse though.

I bought this as Logitech has discontinued my favourite G403 Hero. This is not a drop in replacement for that unfortunately, it's a lot heavier (even without all the weights) and sits lower to the ground so your hand doesnt have as much of a palm rest as the G403. The mouse feel is completely different and I had to adjust all my pointer settings in games AND in windows. This is all fine and can be gotten used to. What is not very good is that the middle mouse button click is a bit dodgy on mine and I have to hold it down very firmly otherwise it clicks and releases by itself.

Bought this as my daily at work and find it pretty amazing for productivity. The more I use it the more the G502 impresses. The wheel is an amazing addition that helps tackle those pesky large spreadsheets. Ergonomics really good. Quality impressed me, feels like it will last a while. Just a note - it's on the heavier side but one does adjust to that fairly quickly. Full day of work doesn't tire me too much seeing as the shape is very comfortable.

+ Great mouse feel for someone with large hands that dislikes claw gripping a mouse (better than the original corsair M65 which is more than double the price)

+ A great deal of customisation (unique macros for individual software applications/games, dpi, shortcuts, and weight)

- Sensor, although more than accurate enough, suffers if the surface you're working on is even a little uneven, so make sure you're on a decent pad. Could just be my product so your milage may vary

- Sniper/Focus button is very far forward, may be a challenge for some people to make effective use of it (if it's a feature you're really looking forward to using)

Love this mouse. Always had Logitech for my mouse and last one was the G400s from 2016 (still works perfectly).
At first, the G502 Hero's scroll wheel spins freely like a fidget spinner and was a turn off but, realized one can push down the button just below the wheel to lock it into old fashion "scroll with notches" feel.
Great for gaming and many buttons for keybind setups, dpi is amazing. Feels really smooth overall.

This G502 from Logitech is definitely worth the hype! I can see why it's probably one of the most popular choices for a gaming mouse in the world!

It is comfortable, feels well made with a pretty premium feel, and the Logitech software to configure the mouse works well, with no frills or fuss.

Choose this mouse if you have the budget for it, you won't be disappointed...

I've had my G502 for over five years now, and it's still going strong! The near-frictionless scroll-wheel functionality is a life-changer. When enabled, it feels like it's on ball-bearings, yet it isn't. The mechanism is quite clever, and relatively simple. The feet are especially silky on a modern cloth mouse-pad.

The only reason it doesn't score a 5 stars from me is for two main reasons:

- The mouse is remarkably difficult to clean. When a cleaning is due, disassembly and reassembly are tough, and risks snapping some important internal plastic pieces, namely for the scroll wheel. On top of this, some screws are hidden under the feet, and you are virtually guaranteed to ruin the pads upon removal. I had to order replacements from Amazon, which aren't expensive on their own, but the delivery to South Africa comes at a notable premium.

- The braiding on the mouse's USB cable has a chance of warping, or otherwise coming undone in such a way that it keeps the USB cable bent at the given spot. Despite my best efforts I haven't been able to restore the braids once this bend starts happening.

Despite what I consider are two major downsides, this mouse has served me so reliably for so long that it still earns 4 stars. Just be prepared for the mission of cleaning it when the time comes around.

I've been using SteelSeries for years but they've become overpriced and overrated and the last two started giving me trouble in less than a year, even when I'm not using them every day and I'm used to using the same mouse for 5 or 6 years.

A friend recommended this mouse to me and I am very impressed. The build quality is top-notch, comfortable, has good weight, and has lots of functionality. I'm not a fan of a lightweight mouse. It's heavier out of the box, but I added the extra weights. The scroll has two modes that you can toggle with a single button.

I really love it and I would recommend this mouse to anyone.

If you guys play games all the time like I do (most of the people getting this mouse does) I recommend this thing because for 1 the weights, they are adjustable by 3.6 grams each and there are 5 of them and if you like heavy mice you can easily adjust it and when they are all out you can feel that it glides very easily when playing fast-paced games such as Call of Duty or Counter Strike, 2 you can adjust a bunch of buttons on the mouse which in games such as MMO RPG's or even fps games like DayZ are convenient which is one the the main reasons for buying the mouse, 3 comfortability, I come from a Razer Naga from 2013 or so and it feels a bit weird but after a while you wont ever want to touch that mouse unless this one breaks in a couple of years and you will like the feel of it when you touch it for the first time, the infinite scroll wheel is inaccurate but it is not made to do precise scrolls more long scrolls and the button that adjusts that it a click button and feels firm when making it infinite scroll or stiff scroll, the sensor is also a very big role in this mouse and you can definetly feel it when switching from a older mouse. 100% reccomend to anyone looking for a really good mouse to keep you for a while.

I still feel this is the best gaming mouse out there. Very comfortable in the hand. Extremely smooth. Has enough buttons and not overkill on the RGB lights

I'm not someone to leave reviews but have to say this mouse I bought is really great. The wheel has a weighted feel to it and can be set to run free. It comes with added weights for the mouse as well (added them all). Speed settings and several programmable buttons. I am thoroughly enjoying it.

I was really nervous about the buy but I am so chuffed with this mouse. The mouse wheel has even two settings to "click and spin" or you push a button and "no click and spin like a boss". Comes with weights, added all of them! Enough buttons for me to customize, more than my last one. It glides like it's on lube :)

I'd recommend this mouse definitely worth the price tag, I still have a old one from 2017, Recently bought a new one for my laptop.

I am on my second G502 mouse. The first one lasted 3 years. I am a bit upset that it just conked in on me but I loved everything else about it I just had to get another and I will buy another G502 if my new one conks out in 3 years.

Mouse is fairly good for a new logitech product although weights holder doesnt seem to seal completely (seems warped) and probably needed to be 1 cm bigger for a more comfortable feeling

I have always been using cheap mice and wanted something better, to be honest the scroll wheel made me buy this mouse for using excel, but I use this mouse a lot for gaming and it is really nice, lifting the mouse up and putting it down is a lot better in gaming and the sensor is really nice, as it does not go crazy if I make fast movements, however the reason I gave this mouse a 4 star and not 5 is because the mouse is very narrow and small for my hands, I have fairly large hands (XXL gloves) and my hand was very uncomfortable at first as I was use to a claw style grip but I have to use a fingertip grip now. All in all if you have small to medium hands this mouse will be great but if you have large hands and use anything other than fingertip grip, it might be uncomfortable for you and I would suggest the deathadder instead, if you don't mind less buttons. But this mouse has grown on me and I am still glad I bought it as it is really good for working and gaming and really nice for me in csgo and dota.

I've been gaming with this mouse for about a week now and I'm super happy with it. It's very comfortable in my hand and I've made use of the weights to fine tune the feel. The G Hub is also pretty easy to use and works well, I've setup some basic macros and you can fully customise your experience. The cord is nice and long, long enough that it doesn't get in the way when I full send it across my mouse pad.

RGB is also not really my thing, but it's pretty subtle and when in use it doesn't really bother me. The RGB feature is fully customisable as well so you can tune it to your liking.

5/5 would recommend.

It's very thin compared to the old CM mouse I've had for a good couple years. Took some time to get used to but now I can barely use a bigger mouse anymore. The software is honestly terrible, but once you're finally setup you shouldn't have to worry. I don't use any auto profiles etc, I rather setup in game/program. You can setup the "sniper" button to act like a "shift" to create even more button options. The scroll wheel, a gimmick at first, is super helpful on huge excel files and websites. I only play FPS games with a sort of hybrid palm grip and it feels just right, if you feel it's too heavy, there's always the gym.

a versatile mouse that lives up to its name with a friendly design and a sensor that works on nearly every surface, my only gripe is that the weight housing cover at the bottom does not secure tightly enough as it came loose twice already during game play. good value for your hard earned doll hairs

The quality and feel of his mouse are excellent, it's shape blends well to my hand.
The Logitech Ghub makes managing the RGB and DPI nice and easy with easy profile switching. The weights it comes with make a bigger difference than I expected and there's no shortage of buttons if you prefer that like I do. The only thing I was a bit worried about was that it was wired but the cable is braided and light making it very unlikely you'll notice it.

Overall a very good mouse that I'm very happy with.

I decided to order this mouse since I needed something with quite a few programmable buttons on it. The software is easy to use and for games like CS:GO, it's got great integration software which displays additional information of your game (Changes color when you are in specific team, dead or low Ammo). The scroll wheel is something to get use to if you have always played with a rubber scroll wheel, but maybe its just the winter cold that makes it feel weird. (P.S. It also makes a great fidget spinner). The general feel and comfort of the mouse is great. I do however feel that it is heavy enough with no weights in it, also I added a few and couldn't really feel much of a difference (however it may make a difference when on a hard mousepad).

In my opinion, for the price that you pay and the quality / functionality you get, it won't get much better than this.

Everything about this mouse is 5 star for me, except for one issue. I tend to claw grip my mouse in certain games, and the space for your thumb isn't very big, so I sometimes hit the thumb button (G5) accidentally. I wish the button was a bit smaller to leave more room for your thumb.

By far the best mouse I have owned to date. It is great for games which make use of any extra programmable buttons like Dota. The mouse might be a bit too heavy for FPS-games although I do play a fair bit of CSGO using it, but otherwise, it's extremely comfortable to use even for casual day-to-day use. The free-scrolling mouse wheel is amazing, especially in games like Diablo where you can move using it. It's also quite helpful when scrolling through long documents. I previously had the G502 Proteus Spectrum, which was already amazing and made the decision easy to go with this upgrade, but I will say that the Hero-sensor on the G502 Hero is just that much better than the Proteus Spectrum as it was fairly noticeable when I made the switch for the better.
11/10 can recommend this mouse.

I was excited about this mouse as all the reviews on the internet spoke very highly of it. I was very dissappointed to see the cheap look at feel of the mouse when I held it for the first time. Then I plugged it into my computer and it got worse, the infinity scrolling wheel is horrendous to use (and apparently breaks easily according to logitech forums).

This is just my opinion but I can't justify the price on this product. I went back to my old mouse which is nearly half the price of this one but much better build.
