- Great price to performance - Elgar, 3 December 2025
Slotted this drive into my GMKtec Nucbox G10 and works as advertised. I wanted to dual boot.
This drive runs my home server and the standard included drive runs Windows.
No issues with the drive, plug and play - Works Well Would Recommend - Anru, 31 August 2025
Bought the drive a while back and it works well as expected 100% would recommend
- Raging Tempest - Nicholas, 1 July 2025
Great priced drive. Plopped into NucBox G3. Installed linux. Works like a charm.
- Big Good - Plamedi, 25 February 2024
I feel like I've traveled to the future with this one, it's so good man. Going from a laptop hard drive to this, has completely changed my computing experience. No issues getting detected on the dell e5470 lattitude's nvme port. Works both in raid and ahci mode, linux and windows.
- Very nice - Ezra, 12 August 2023
I went from a spinning drive to this NVME and the performance is not even close. For the price it's at and what you get in return makes it all the more worth on it's own. Windows took forever to boot on an HDD, now it boots in seconds. Would recommend, though try to get a bit more storage if possible.
- Amazing performance to price ratio - Sebastian, 29 December 2022
This m.2 really exceeded my expectations, windows is booting up in under 10 seconds or less, the speeds are lightning fast, 10/10 would recommend this as a budget drive.
- Great stuff as always - Kyle, 6 December 2022
Installed into a bad dell laptop, reinstalled windows onto this drive and its great to use now
- Nice SSD - Alex, 5 September 2022
This little bugger had me swearing a couple of times. You load the OS and when it starts up again the MB doesn't see the SSD. Happened a few times and I had to re-format on a different PC. Now using it as a 2nd SSD for games and it performs great. 3 times is more than enough to give up on putting the OS on it. Great little SSD to use as a secondary drive. Not so sure about using it as a OS drive.
- Good value for money - Shaun, 2 September 2022
Really impressed with this SSD. Upgraded from HDD to this SSD. Huge difference in boot up time. Very happy with this product.
- All the bits - Rudi, 13 July 2022
I haven't run any benchmarks or anything, but I have been pretty much using Mushkin exclusively for the past few years, and they are plenty fast and reliable and this one seems no different.
- Ludicrously fast - Eduard, 10 June 2022
Five years ago, my life was changed when I upgraded from an HDD to a SATA SSD. Today, my life is changed once more as I upgrade from the SATA SSD to this NVMe SSD. It's like PCI and SSD's were made for each other.
My CrystalDisk scores are a bit lower than Mushkin's claims (but not by much), with 2600 MB/s reads and 1200 MB/s writes. Random read & write scores look excellent as well.
If your speeds are not what they should be, try updating your BIOS. My write speeds were 250 MB/s before updating, presumably because the drive did not have access to Host Memory Buffer (which it really needs because it's a DRAM-less SSD).
Very happy so far. Buy the biggest one you can afford so that you can put as many games and programs on there as possible! - Great NVMe drive - Channing, 28 April 2022
Fantastic value, and TRIM works bug-free according to NVMe specification (unlike certain other NVMe drives) which is important for running macOS without slowdown. It's pretty fast too, especially for the price. Nice drive.
- good value - Adrian, 31 March 2022
It's a good drive for the price and faster than the regular Mushkin. Worth it if the price difference is not much and you are going to be moving large files. I want to add that I actually received a faulty unit but Wootware made it very simple to return and replacement arrived quickly.
