Best decision moving from Intel to AMD running multiple apps, streaming and gaming you get no lag no delays awesome just awesome!!

I've finally found a CPU that I can use to have a "worthwhile" upgrade from my i7 4790K.

There really is nothing quite like the feeling of opening task manager and seeing a lovely 16 threads available to use.

Moved from my 4790k (5ghz!) to the AMD 1700X. Performance clock-for-clock feels much better, and I have an extra 8 threads to use, my graphics cards can now put out more frames.

If building a new system you really can't go wrong with any of the Ryzen stuff.

The AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Octa-Core 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 Desktop CPU runs like a dream. I also got the raijintek titan 240 liquid cooler which keeps the temperature very low. The 1700x is super fast. This is my first amd processor and already like it much better than intel. Not to mention it's much cheaper than intel too!
