XFX Radeon RX 9070 XT Swift White Triple Fan Gaming Edition RX-97TSWF3W9 16GB GDDR6 256-bit PCI-E 5.0 Desktop Graphics Card

Expectation was a substantial uplift in performance generationally compared to my 6700xt at 1440p. Quite happy with the purchase thus far first games I "tested" were Cyberpunk, TESIV: Oblivion Remastered and Expedition 33. I am not a huge fan of Frame Gen or Ray/Path Tracing I prefer pure rasterization and for that I am quite happy. That being said the generational improvement from the 6700xt to this generation does feel quite satisfying both with and without the aforementioned AI smoke and mirrors and need for Photo realistic lighting. Nice to know I can use these features if I feel the need to where before it was simply not possible.

Note: I did have some trouble on initial install display would freeze and after reboot no source found. I thoroughly tested components as well as displays using both DP and HDMI as well as power settings, DDU'd the drivers but it turns out running a BIOS from 2022 on LGA1700 was the culprit which I found hilarious considering I tested it in a LGA1151 with a much older bios without a hitch. The card is also QUITE beefy 3.5 slots was thinking of doing a ITX build with it but unfortunately finding a suitable case has now become much more challenging (Goodbye fractal terra you were a wonderful idea)
